The Dirty Heads performing their new song on Catalina Island in July 2011 … and there is a fight at the end
So for anyone out there interested in using the lockers at Catalina they’re really simple to use once you figure them out. First you open it up and place your stuff inside. Then you insert 3 quarters. Next close the door. Now press hard against it and don’t stop until the key is removed. To remove the key, twist the orange key to the left until it pulls out. And you’re done. When you want to get your gear out just use the key again and you can open the locker. Of course then you’ll be back to the beginning and you’ll have to insert 3 more quarters to lock the locker again. There’s no time limit so feel free to leave your stuff there all day long! We offer a closer and more technically defined look at the race course from a racer’s perspective. Also, a second glance at this course for the spectators should have everybody chomping at the bit to get on over to the island for this very special event! In the weeks following this race, we’ll be releasing a documentary that covers an insider’s look at the original “Catalina Classic” as told by Allan Seymour, and the events that lead up to our version, an homage that is “The Catalina Island Classic.” Stay stoked & Stay tuned!
