Sunset off of Newport Beach looking at Catalina Island
10 Minutes Long Here is a view of the Sunset off of Newport Beach, California looking towards a Catalina Island Sunset. The Pacific Coast is beautiful this time of year. If you are in your home or office, and not able to get to the beach, at this exact moment, please enjoy the view. Mediate, contemplate, or just vegetate as you enjoy the view of the setting sun. I enjoyed taking these few minutes out of my day to remember D Day, December 7, 1941 and the men and women who protect the peace and serenity of our way of life each and every day, here at home and all around the world.
Foxy ***** – Catalina Island
Fox pups on the grounds of the USC Wrigley Marine Science Center on Catalina Island. In the last few days four pups and four adults have been spotted in the valley where the lab is located. This video was taken by allowing a Flip camera to run unattended for two hours in an area where four pups were sighted the day before. Unfortunately the battery ran out after 63 minutes, but fortunately it captured these three pups strolling through just a few minutes before it turned off. It looks as if the third pup isn’t too sure about the tripod…
West End Eagles. Catalina Island, CA. 3/1/09
Wray arrives and I believe that she has something in her talons. K01 flies off only to return a few minutes later to grab a clump of something out of the nestbowl.
