This is where I go in my sailboat in the summer months. Catalina Island is about 26 miles off the coast from LA I go over there several times during the good sailing season and stay a few days each time. Usually I bring some of my “projects” along to test them at sea. This time I brought the “Joule Ringer” and one of my small “Cement Battery” powered LED lights. These small “toy” projects sometimes become useful devices that I rely on. The “Halo Light” was one of them.
