Part 2 of our Catalina Island Trip
This is the second part of our Catalina Island trip. It includes the stay at Hen Rock at White’s Landing then moving on to Two Harbors, Isthmus Cove, kayaking, snorkeling, a hummer tour. Eventually leaving Two Harbors for Avalon where we stayed a day and a night and finally back to Mission Bay.
Coast Guard Regional Dive Locker West demonstrates emergency hyperbaric chamber
CATALINA ISLAND, Calif. — Members of the US Coast Guard Regional Dive Locker West, located in San Diego, transported an emergency hyperbaric chamber to Catalina Island Jan. 28, 2010 to demonstrate the chamber’s capabilities. The demonstration was conducted at a University of Southern California research facility near the town of Two Harbors on Catalina Island.
